Joining our California's Great America team means you'll start making the meaningful connections with our guests as they enter the park. **Please note, all eligible rehires will receive further information via email regarding their application in January.** You'll also… * Interpret and analyzes guest needs and provide solutions to ensure guest satisfaction. * Guide guests through the season pass or general park purchase process, while utilizing sales techniques such as quantity, up-selling, and discounts. * Utilize computer to create and process season passes, input pass registration forms, takes photos of the guests, and ensures proper distribution of the completed passes. * Identify and scan different types of admission tickets and season passes, and verify authenticity and proper usage upon receiving at the front gate. * Perform operating duties for toll booths, includes, but not limited to, setting up booth and POS, process transactions and provides direction and park information to guests. * Have additional opportunities to learn and expand your knowledge.
