BD Associates are the frontline communicators who:
Contact game studios
Introduce Inkognido’s SDK + ecosystem
Generate leads for the Sales Lead
Support partner onboarding
Fuel the growth of Realms, Echo Reality, and AI integrations
This role blends:

🚀 Your Mission
Generate high-quality studio and developer leads for Inkognido’s partnership pipeline.
You will:
Use structured outreach frameworks
Build relationships with indie and mid-size studios
Qualify leads for the Sales Lead and Head of Partnerships
Support the BD team during onboarding cycles
Your work determines the volume and quality of Inkognido’s opportunities.
🛠 Responsibilities
Conduct high-volume outreach via email, socials, and platforms like Itch, Steam, and Web3 hubs
Follow Inkognido’s messaging and pitch templates
Qualify leads based on studio fit, technology alignment, and interest
Maintain organized lead pipelines inside the CRM
Research promising studios and identify integration opportunities
Coordinate warm introductions to the Sales Lead
Follow up consistently to maintain engagement
Track response rates and refine outreach angles
Provide feedback about lead quality and studio needs
Participate in weekly team syncs and outreach updates
You’re not expected to close deals — you’re expected to fuel them.
🧠 Requirements
Must Have:
Strong communication and writing skills
High discipline with follow-ups and organization
Comfortable with repetitive outreach workflows
Basic understanding of gaming or developer ecosystems
Ability to learn and use CRM systems
Proactive, ambitious, and consistent
Nice to Have:
Experience in BD, sales, recruiting, or community management
Familiarity with Unity, Unreal, or game dev tools
Experience in Web3, AR, or AI-driven platforms
Comfort talking to founders, developers, and creatives
Ability to identify strong product/studio fit intuitively
