CDL-A Truck Driver – Kroger Account – Roanoke, VA – $2,500 Sign-On Bonus! – Home Daily!

Home Time: Home daily
Average Pay: $1,450 per week
Annual Earnings: $75,000+
Average Miles: 2,000 per week
Loads: 4 per week (avg. 490 miles per load)
Delivery Region: Dedicated runs within Virginia (VA) and West Virginia (WV)
Equipment: Slip-seat operation
Backhauls: WV loads typically return through Indianapolis (IN)
Personal Transportation: Required daily to and from the distribution center
Operates 7 days a week – primarily overnight routes
Routes include nights, weekends, and holidays within your scheduled workweek
Holiday weeks (and the week prior) are mandatory work periods
Experience-Based CPM:
0–12 months: $0.53
12–36 months: $0.55
37–60 months: $0.56
61+ months: $0.58
Unload Pay: $55 per full unload
Stop Pay: $20 per stop (including first)
Sign-On Bonus: $2,500 total
$500 after 1st load
$500 after 30 days
$250 after 60, 90, 120, and 150 days
$500 after 180 days
Paid Vacation:
1 year – 1 week
3 years – 2 weeks
7 years – 3 weeks
15 years – 4 weeks

Valid CDL-A license and 3 months of tractor-trailer experience.
Personal vehicle for daily commute to the Roanoke, VA distribution center
Must live within the hiring area (outside candidates need approval from Josh Adler)
Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Ability to unload freight using a powered pallet jack (training provided)
