Position Summary:

DaMar Staffing Solutions is seeking dependable and safety-conscious Entry-Level Christmas Lights Installers to join our client’s electrical services team for the upcoming holiday season. This seasonal position plays an important role in creating bright and beautiful light displays for residential and commercial clients. The role involves assisting with the installation, maintenance, and removal of outdoor and indoor holiday lighting, working both independently and as part of a team.

This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, are comfortable with heights, and thrive in an active, outdoor environment. Successful candidates will demonstrate reliability, teamwork, and attention to detail while representing DaMar Staffing Solutions and our client with professionalism and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the safe installation, maintenance, and takedown of holiday lighting and decorations.
• Climb ladders, roofs, and elevated surfaces to install light strands, décor, and electrical fixtures.
• Handle, organize, and maintain materials including cords, clips, and other installation tools.
• Follow all company and client safety guidelines, ensuring a hazard-free work environment.
• Support team members in completing projects on schedule and according to quality standards.
• Interact with clients courteously, ensuring customer satisfaction and a positive experience.
• Assist in troubleshooting lighting issues and making necessary adjustments or repairs.
• Participate in equipment loading, unloading, and storage before and after the season.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must not be afraid of heights and must be comfortable working on ladders and roofs.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical labor in outdoor conditions.
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability.
• Clean background and professional demeanor.
• Willingness to learn; no prior installation or electrical experience required (training provided).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with outdoor labor, construction, or light electrical work is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends during peak installation periods.
• Team-oriented with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Additional Information:

• Employment Type: Seasonal / Full-Time (October – January)
• Pay Rate: $17.00 to $20.00 hourly
• Work Environment: Outdoor, fast-paced, physically engaging
• Schedule: Monday through Saturday, with potential overtime during the holiday season
