Job Title: Foreman Job Description
Lead and provide direction to an assigned team, ensuring the successful execution of projects and coordination with other trades. This role involves participating in the project preplanning process, addressing customer concerns, and ensuring high-quality installation and troubleshooting of building automation systems.
Responsibilities
Provide direction and leadership to assigned team members and subcontractors.
Participate in the project preplanning process.
Lead the execution of assigned projects.
Identify customer issues and concerns, escalating to ensure problem resolution.
Coordinate work with other trades.
Run control wire per industry standard.
Install conduit and fittings per industry standard.
Mount and terminate controllers, sensors, and end devices.
Troubleshoot wiring and terminations of field-installed equipment with test instruments.
Work day or night shifts depending on the project schedule.
Mentor junior-level installation technicians.
Essential Skills
Installation and construction experience.
Experience in building automation and controls.
Competency in electrical installation and point-to-point testing.
Experience with Delta, N4, and Tridium systems.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in the installation of building controls and automation.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $45.00/hr.
