Responsibilities:
• Transfer and organize academic and student profile data with precision.
• Perform thorough data cleanup to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel to manage and manipulate datasets efficiently.
• Copy and paste data across multiple sheets while maintaining integrity.
• Extract and compile relevant information for reporting purposes.
• Verify data entries to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Assist in maintaining organized digital records for easy access.
• Perform routine checks to identify and resolve discrepancies in data.• Proven experience in data entry or a similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data manipulation and formatting.
• Strong typing skills with a focus on speed and accuracy.
• Attention to detail and the ability to identify errors in large datasets.
• Familiarity with handling numeric data and performing repetitive tasks.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
