About the Role
The Director of Guest Experience & Growth will oversee all aspects of club operations, from client engagement and membership growth to staff leadership and local partnerships. This person should have a deep understanding of the Miami lifestyle and wellness scene, be well-connected in the community, and have the confidence to build relationships with high-profile clientele and local brands.
We’re seeking someone with an entrepreneurial spirit—someone who not only manages systems but builds momentum. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of driving membership sales, generating leads, and converting opportunities into loyal, long-term clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage day-to-day operations with a focus on guest satisfaction, performance, and profitability
- Drive consistent membership and revenue growth through proactive outreach, community engagement, and partnership initiatives
- Manage, mentor, and develop team members to uphold a culture of professionalism and service excellence
- Oversee budgets, KPIs, and performance metrics
- Ensure the club maintains a seamless luxury experience across every client touchpoint
- Build and sustain strategic relationships within the Miami Beach community to enhance visibility and brand equity
- Collaborate with ownership and marketing teams to execute creative activations and long-term growth strategies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of leadership experience in fitness, hospitality, or luxury service industries
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales and membership targets
- Demonstrated success in lead generation, community partnerships, and client conversion
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach to daily operations
- Deep understanding of Miami’s luxury, lifestyle, and wellness markets
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to guest experience excellence
