Driver – Non-CDL Program – Toledo, OH

• Operate a non-commercial vehicle on local routes
• Ride along with experienced Class A Drivers on regional deliveries
• Study for your temporary permit and attend CDL school—on us
• Build product knowledge and route familiarity in a dynamic, fast-paced setting
• Make multiple deliveries daily while honing your driving and customer service skills

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED.
• 21 years or older
• Ability to pass a driving and criminal background check, DOT physical, and drug test.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record – No OVI’s in the last 3 years
• Physical ability to lift 35lbs on average consistently, bend, twist, and climb
• Ability to obtain Class A within 3 months of hire
• Availability to do overnight routes as required

Compensation:

• $210.00 per day
• After you obtain your Class A and are certified, and have met all of the training expectations:
  • 1 Day Route $315 per day
  • 2-Day Route $367.50 per day
  • 3 and 4 Day Routes - $378 per day
• Quarterly Safety Bonus – $350.00

Schedule & Hours:

• 4-5 day work week with the possibility of 2 days overnight
• Dependent on available and scheduled routes
