Responsibilities

The Entertainment Travel Advisor role supports an established Principal Advisor who has a high-volume, fast-paced Entertainment-based business. This role will provide travel support to the team in delivering quality service to high-profile clients.


This is a full onsite role based in Beverly Hills, CA.

  • Complete travel arrangements for clients including air and hotel reservations. Must be comfortable performing exchanges and refunds.
  • Respond to client inquiries and concerns with a sense of urgency.
  • Review client reservations for accuracy and quality; proactively correct errors.
  • Conduct all business in line with standard company and industry procedures.
  • Provide 'on-call' after-hours services as required by account if approved by manager
  • Assure clients are aware of all necessary travel documents and health requirements for international travel
  • Responsible for accuracy of client record until departure to ensure all details (including seat assignments, meal preferences, upgrades, etc.) are completed to the client's satisfaction.
  • Research and provide solutions to travel-related problems clients may experience; partner with manager and peers to correct errors
  • Maintain awareness of all airline rules and regulations, tariffs, and fare requirements and accurately apply this knowledge to all travel arrangements.
  • Perform additional duties/projects as requested.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience in handling film, TV and/or music travel
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in travel handling domestic and international travel.
  • Strong SABRE skills and knowledge required
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to provide creative solutions for unusual situations
  • Superior client service skills, especially with high-end, high-demand travelers.
