Night Shift Schedule:

Monday Through Thursday 5:30 PM to 4 AM, with opportunity for overtime on Fridays and Saturdays

Essential Duties and Tasks

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job function satisfactorily and meet all health, safety and housekeeping regulations. • Safely Operate equipment as needed including but not limited to motorized forklift with various attachments (clamp, fork, probe), packaging/wrapping machinery, label equipment, banders, gluers, etal
• Ability to receive and maintain equipment certification if applicable
• Accurately Read and follow instructions
• Inspect material to ensure customer specifications have been met.
• Package outgoing materials to meet customer specifications and internal protocols
• Move material within facility according to protocol, may include weighing, scanning, stacking, transporting & arranging (Constant lifting of up to 50 pounds)
• Keep work and surrounding areas organized by meeting housekeeping, storage, staging and cleanliness requirements
• Verification and tracking of all material moved including quantity, size, and packaging
• Complete all necessary documents for internal or external use
• Works with supervision
• Maybe required to work in multiple areas or with multiple teams
• All other duties as assigned

Qualifications, Education and Experience

• Prior equipment, shipping, receiving, or warehouse experience preferred
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence and work orders
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide units of measure

Work Environment

Work primarily in a manufacturing or warehouse environment. Hearing protection, safety shoes, vision protection and other necessary PPE as required.

May be exposed to non-toxic/nuisance smells from chemicals, airborne dust, moving mechanical parts, high noise levels and hot/humid environmental conditions in the manufacturing area.

This role will regularly use plant machinery which certification may be required. This role routinely works around moving equipment. May need to get on and off equipment, stairs, this role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands/fingers to type, hold, handle, or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is required to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
