Those in customer service at PwC will specialise in improving customer service operations and enhancing customer experiences. You will work closely with clients to analyse customer service processes, identify pain points, and develop strategies to optimise service delivery, increase customer satisfaction, and drive loyalty.

Your role is crucial in driving business growth, shaping the direction of client engagements, and mentoring the next generation of leaders. Opportunity

As part of the Operations Consulting team you are expected to direct efforts in Insurance operations management, including operationalizing business strategies and transforming the supply chain functions from product development through supply chain, manufacturing, distribution, and product service/support. As a Director you are responsible for setting the strategic direction and leading business development efforts, making impactful decisions and overseeing multiple projects, maintaining executive-level client relations. This role involves facilitating people, process, and technology changes for Insurance clients and creating trusted and collaborative relationships with team members.

What You Must Have

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 15 years of combined experience in Consulting and the Insurance industry.

The salary range for this position is: $155,000 - $410,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
