Superior Skilled Trades (SST) is seeking an enthusiastic  Government Contracts Recruiter  to join our team!  You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing specialized professionals for projects governed by federal contracting regulations.  We’re looking for someone with established sourcing and recruiting experience for government contracts, a strong sourcer / hunter, and one who is a self-starter.  

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for government contracted roles: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified and cleared candidates through job boards, sourcing, referrals, social media, and networking
• Communicate regularly with candidates to ensure a positive hiring experience from start to finish
• Accurately maintain candidate data, employee files, and compliance requirements
• Occasionally work evenings or weekends to meet urgent staffing deadlines 

Qualifications

• Three (3) years recruiting experience, including comfort and familiarity within the government space
• Experience with government procurement, sourcing for cleared and/or secret positions, and verifying clearances
• Strong sourcing skills for candidates with appropriate government clearances
• Familiarity with tools/sites such as clearedjobs and usajobs
• Understanding of FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation) and DFARS (Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement)
• Ability to work well under pressure when addressing regular high-demand requests and needs
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open positions and deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to build rapport quickly

 
Details

• Location: Remote
• Pay Range: $60,000+ (based on experience) + $2,500–$3,500 in monthly incentives
• Hours: 40+ hours per week (occasional evenings/weekends as needed)
