Responsibilities: Develop an understanding of open position requirements, including partnering with The Director of Recruitment several times a week and other leadership to successfully recruit qualified candidates to meet the hiring objectives. Prescreen and interview candidates virtually (Zoom) to confirm they meet the requirements of the job requisition. Project a professional and ethical image of Accelerated Urgent Care in all interactions with prospective candidates, including providing a clear overview of culture and job requirements Utilize an understanding of relevant employment laws to avoid unlawful employment practices during the recruiting Provide staffing support to various clinical departments throughout Accelerated Urgent Care and our clinic locations Collaborate with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria Identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization Assist with job posting and advertisement processes Screen applications and select qualified candidates Schedule interviews; oversee preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials Assist with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with owners, managers, and/or directors Collaborate and report directly to the Director of Recruitment during the sourcing process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details of every single candidate Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies Coordinate, attend, and participate in community awareness and recruitment activities such as career fairs at colleges and other recruiting events Benefits: Incentivized commission structure in place to maximize annual earnings Medical, vision, dental, life insurance, and more PTO based on an accrual system, up to 80 hours a year Training Program provided by the Director of Recruitment Requirements Preferred Skills and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree preferred 2+ years of healthcare recruiting experience 2+ years of full‑cycle recruitment 2+ years of clinical recruiting preferred 2+ years of sales experience preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr Accelerated Urgent Care
