Global Placement Firm is partnering with a prestigious AmLaw 100 law firm to identify a highly skilled Investment Funds Attorney ready to take their legal career to the next level.

Position Summary

As an Investment Funds Attorney on the professional track, you will:

  • Apply your legal expertise and research skills to provide accurate, timely, and well-reasoned advice on investment fund matters.

  • Manage client engagements efficiently under tight deadlines, demonstrating strong attention to detail and professionalism.

  • Work collaboratively across teams and clients, fostering strong relationships and anticipating client needs.

  • Mentor junior lawyers and support staff, contributing to the firms culture of growth and excellence.

You will operate in a fast-paced environment, balancing physical and sedentary work, including extended computer use, teleconferences, and client meetings, with occasional travel as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze legal issues and apply principles to specific client facts and situations.

  • Produce high-quality legal work product with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.

  • Maintain availability to meet client and firm demands, including occasional evenings and weekends.

  • Engage in business development and advocacy activities as required.

  • Mentor and supervise junior team members, fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture.

  • Adhere to all firm policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.

Minimum Education & Experience
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

  • 13 years of relevant legal experience, preferably at an AmLaw 100 or similar high-profile law firm.

Compensation & Benefits
  • Salary Range: $135,000 $300,000 annually (dependent on geographic location, experience, and qualifications).
