Handyman Connection of Lexington is a growing home services company committed to professionalism, reliability, and high-quality results. Were looking for a motivated Lead Cleaning Technician who can take ownership of job sites, train team members, and ensure exceptional service for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead cleaning crews on residential and/or commercial job sites
• Perform detailed cleaning tasks including floors, surfaces, kitchens, bathrooms, and common areas
• Ensure all work meets company quality standards
• Train and mentor new technicians
• Maintain equipment, supplies
• Communicate clearly with clients and office staff regarding job status
• Track time, materials, and job notes in company software
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional cleaning experience (lead or crew-lead experience preferred)
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift 3040 lbs and perform physical tasks for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail
• Positive attitude, professionalism, and reliability
• Ability to manage small teams and keep jobs on schedule
• Must pass background check
