Our real estate office is seeking a transaction coordinator who can effectively assist our valued home buyers and sellers from contract to close. You’ll work to make sure home inspections are arranged, assist with escrow documentation, schedule inspection appointments and repairs, and assure offers and counteroffers are approved. Responsibilities Oversee all administrative tasks regarding home buyer and seller transactions from executed purchase agreement to close Support sales agents, clients, and other parties with escrow-related paperwork, such as appraisals, titles, and mortgage loans Schedule home inspections and any necessary repairs, and assist in negotiations regarding repairs Save customer information in the CRM system, forward all necessary paperwork to the office broker for file compliance, and track transaction activities Coordinate and attend all closing procedures, such as moving schedules Qualifications A valid Real Estate License is required for this job (or ability to obtain one within 60 days) Passionate about providing excellent customer service Experience in the real estate industry, transaction management or coordination, titles, and/or mortgages preferred Candidates should be organized and able to communicate written and verbal information to clients accurately and clearly High school or equivalent required, some college experience preferred Already a licensed realtor or is pursuing real estate license Compensation $24,000 - $36,000 yearly About The Klein Team NV At The Klein Team NV, "We Educate in Real Estate".
