Job Description

Our client, a leader in facility management and maintenance services, is seeking a Maintenance Technician 3 to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician 3, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting operational excellence. The ideal candidate will demonstrate initiative, strong problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Perform ongoing preventive and repair work orders on facility mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and other installed systems and equipment.
• Conduct facility inspections and report on conditions affecting client occupancy and operations.
• Assist with general interior maintenance tasks such as hanging pictures, repairing furniture, and installing office accessories.
• Support the maintenance and repair of building systems and equipment as directed by the operations team.
• Replace lighting, clean HVAC coils, change filters and belts, and perform other related tasks.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in building repair and maintenance, including basic plumbing and electrical skills.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and demonstrate initiative.
• Valid driver’s license (if applicable for mobile tasks).
