Position Overview: Antwerpen Nissan in Clarksville is looking for motivated and driven Automotive Sales Consultants to join our growing team. As a Sales Consultant, you'll play a key role in guiding our customers to the right vehicle, providing exceptional service, and driving sales. This position is ideal for individuals with a passion for customer satisfaction and a drive to succeed. Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster trust and loyalty
• Assist customers in selecting the perfect vehicle based on their needs and preferences
• Provide informative product demonstrations and conduct test drives
• Set and achieve personal sales goals, contributing to the success of the dealership
• Stay informed about the latest vehicle options, features, and promotions
• Offer clear communication to customers throughout the buying process
• Support the dealership in day-to-day operations to help drive business growth

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role (automotive experience is a plus, but not required)
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in computers (Outlook, Word, Social Media)
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive sales environment
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Must be able to pass pre-employment background checks
