General

OFFICE
SECRETARY/

PART-TIME

The
Borough of West Hazleton is seeking to hire a Part-Time Office
Secretary for the Business Office. This position is business casual
dress code and 6 hours per day/30 hours per week Monday through
Friday.

The
Applicant must have Office Environment Experience, working knowledge
of Microsoft Word and Excel, high level of Computer Literacy, Data
Entry Skills, must be extremely Organized and Motivated, and must
have excellent verbal and written Communication Skills. Fluency in
speaking Spanish would be helpful but not required. The Applicant
must be willing to learn and be able to work in a team environment
and work independently.

Salary
will be determined based on experience.

Duties
include but not limited to answering telephones, filing,
creating/sending out Refuse billings and performing collections on
past due Refuse accounts.
