Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Global Industrial Cyber Security Professional (GICSP) to join our team. This role requires deep expertise in operational technology (OT) and industrial control systems (ICS) security, with proven experience in designing, assessing, and implementing cybersecurity solutions in complex environments. Responsibilities
Support the cybersecurity design of OT networks through compliance with appropriate security standards.
Conduct comprehensive cybersecurity assessments of OT/ICS systems across multiple markets, including analysis of current state, risk mitigation, and solution implementation.
Support OT integration of switching, servers, firewalls, virtual machines, and related technologies with proper security controls.
Perform forensic analysis of OT devices to support cyber incident response and investigation.
Develop consultative OT security solutions including attack emulation, penetration testing, threat hunting, and deception operations.
Travel to project sites to provide support of ICS networks, including management and maintenance of converged platforms, virtualization environments, networks, security platforms, and various OT/IoT technologies.
Qualifications
GICSP certification is required.
5+ years of experience in OT/ICS cybersecurity with proven ability to lead engagements.
Hands-on experience with OT network monitoring and data collection tools.
Strong technical background in conducting security reviews, assessments, and risk analysis for OT/ICS environments.
Working knowledge of key industrial communication protocols including DNP, Modbus, SEL, and IEC-61850 (both serial and IP-based).
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in dynamic project environments.
