Job Description
Northpoint Management is seeking a proactive and organized Property Manager to oversee operations in Bloomington, Indiana. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and hands-on leader who takes pride in maintaining high resident satisfaction and property performance. Prior experience with property management and multifamily properties required.
Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily property operations including leasing, maintenance coordination, and resident relations.
Manage property budgets, rent collections, and financial reporting.
Ensure compliance with all company policies, lease agreements, and local housing regulations.
Supervise and support on-site team members to deliver exceptional resident service.
Conduct property inspections to maintain curb appeal and operational excellence.
Work closely with ownership and regional management to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
Prior experience with property management and multifamily properties required.
Strong leadership, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with property management software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio, RealPage) preferred.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
