A leading alternative investment platform is seeking a talented and driven Analyst to join its Real Estate Credit Investment team. This individual will be focused on the origination side of the business, working closely with senior team members to source, evaluate, and execute real estate credit opportunities across various asset classes. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing platform and gain hands-on deal experience from day one.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the origination and execution of real estate credit investments across diverse property types and capital structures
• Conduct detailed financial modeling, cash flow analysis, and scenario sensitivity work to evaluate new investment opportunities
• Assist with market research, competitive analysis, and underwriting due diligence
• Draft investment memoranda and present findings to internal investment committees
• Coordinate with legal, operations, and asset management teams throughout the deal lifecycle
• Monitor portfolio performance and proactively track market and borrower developments

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 1–2 years of experience in Leveraged Finance, Real Estate Investment Banking, or Corporate Banking at a top-tier financial institution or a competing real estate credit platform
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with advanced Excel and financial modeling proficiency
• Solid understanding of real estate fundamentals, capital markets, and debt financing structures
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to synthesize complex data into clear recommendations
• Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment
