Registered Land Surveyor Opportunity

We are seeking a Registered Land Surveyor to join a growing survey team in the North Atlanta area. This is a great opportunity for a motivated professional to lead and support land development projects from start to finish. Responsibilities include:

• Perform accurate measurements of land features, boundaries, and property lines using modern survey equipment and CAD software.
• Research historical land records, plats, and maps to validate property boundaries.
• Create detailed reports, legal descriptions, and maps (2D & 3D) for use in planning and development.
• Use AutoCAD Civil 3D to draft and compile topographic surveys, boundary surveys, and utility layouts.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal standards for land surveying.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and construction teams as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Surveying or Civil Engineering.
• Active Registered Land Surveyor (RLS) license in Georgia.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Preferred: Career-minded candidates looking for long-term growth.

Additional Info:

• Background check: 7 years
• Drug screen: 5-panel
• Occasional overtime may be required (OT paid at 1.5x rate)
• No remote work; position is fully onsite

Term:

6-month temp-to-perm or direct hire

Pay Range:

$32$41/hr | $70K$135K (based on experience)

Hours:

MondayFriday, 8:00 AM 5:30 PM

Onsite | No Travel | Business Casual
