Bartlett Roofing specializes in residential and commercial storm damage restoration! We work with homeowners and their insurance carriers to replace roofs that have been damaged by recent and current weather events.

Bartlett Roofing's Production Team creates value for our customers by delivering solutions that build long-term relationships. Acting as a first-line response to our customers, you will organize, triage customer issues, and even handle some problems before they start.

We're seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join our team and contribute to the success of our roofing replacement services. If you have a passion for delivering high-quality craftsmanship and possess the expertise to handle a variety of roofing issues, we want to hear from you!

Job Type: Full-time; Salary
Compensation Structure: $80,000 - $95,000/year DOE

What You'll Do

• Lead your market’s production team through consistent communication, weekly 1:1s, and daily coordination with estimating, QC, and crew management.
• Oversee customer escalations during and after installation, ensuring fast, professional resolutions.
• Maintain high accuracy and efficiency by keeping turnaround times, backlogs, callback percentages, and safety audits within company standards.
• Hold QC and crew managers accountable through regular audits of safety forms and weekly production reports.
• Manage key administrative duties including timecard approvals, PTO scheduling, ADP updates, and monitoring ramp-card and Samsara assignments.
• Ensure clean workflows by auditing unpaid work orders daily and collaborating with Sales and admin teams for process improvements.
