Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Occupational Therapy or related field
• Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
• Experience working in school settings, particularly with K-12 students
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with educators and other specialists
• Knowledge of IEPs and OT assessment tools
• Commitment to providing patient-centered care

Location:
Coquille, OR

Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for students.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other healthcare professionals to support students needs.
• Implement therapeutic activities that enhance motor skills, sensory processing, and self-care abilities.
• Monitor and document students progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to discussions regarding students progress.
• Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions and treatment outcomes.
