Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This opportunity seeks experienced Occupational Therapists skilled in school-based therapy, serving students from PreK through 12th grade. The position supports K-12 settings across multiple counties, with a flexible option for interview formats including virtual or onsite.

Locations available for assignment include Chehalis, Olympia, Long Beach, Hoquiam, and surrounding areas within Pacific, Mason, Thurston, and Grays Harbor Counties in Washington State. Candidates can select from multiple open positions based on their preference. The role requires a commitment of 35 hours per week, structured over four days with an 8.75-hour workday. This is a contract opportunity with a tentative duration from ASAP through June 12, 2026.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver school-based occupational therapy services to students in PreK-12 settings.
• Collaborate with educators and school staff to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evaluations, progress monitoring, and documentation adhering to state and federal guidelines.
• Support educational goals by integrating therapy services within the academic environment.
• Communicate effectively with families, staff, and multidisciplinary teams.

Desired Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapy licensure applicable to school settings.
• Experience working with a wide range of students across PreK-12 grade levels.
• Ability to adapt therapy techniques to meet diverse student needs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel within the specified counties to assigned schools.
