Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A school-based Occupational Therapist (OT) position is available for a contract role serving students from PreK through 12th grade. This opportunity spans multiple locations across Pacific, Mason, Thurston, and Grays Harbor Counties, including Chehalis, Olympia, Long Beach, and Hoquiam. Candidates will have the flexibility to choose from several positions to best suit their preferences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy services to K-12 students, assessing and addressing individual needs to support academic success and functional independence.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans in collaboration with educators, parents, and other professionals.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the development of educational plans to enhance student progress.
• Document therapy sessions, progress, and recommendations in compliance with professional standards and school policies.
• Support students in enhancing fine motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living activities within the educational environment.

Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapist license and credentials for school-based therapy.
• Experience working with a diverse student population from PreK through 12th grade.
• Familiarity with school environments and ability to collaborate effectively with educators and families.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage caseloads efficiently across multiple locations.

Position Details:

• Contract duration: ASAP through approximately June 12, 2026.
• Work schedule: 35 hours per week, 4 days per week, with 8.75-hour workdays.
• Multiple OT positions available; candidates can select preferred locations and assignments.
• Interviews conducted virtually or onsite for convenience.
