Responsibilities:

• Manage all accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, balance sheets, and profit and loss reports to ensure accurate reporting.
• Oversee month-end close and year-end close
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records.
• Monitor cash flow and accounts aging, providing actionable recommendations to optimize financial operations.
• Process and file sales tax, business tax, and other regulatory returns in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with management and external auditors during month-end and year-end closings.
• Maintain the accuracy and integrity of financial data
• Identify and implement improvements to streamline accounting processes.
• Organize and maintain detailed financial records and supporting documentation.

Experience:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in accounting and/or finance.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field preferred.
• Familiarity with accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and journal entries.
