About the Role:
We’re looking for a passionate and strategic Senior Graphic Designer to join Luckin Coffee’s U.S. team. As a key creative partner in launching one of China’s most beloved coffee brands in New York, you’ll bring our brand to life across digital, retail, and social touchpoints. You’ll collaborate closely with marketing, growth, product, and ops teams to create thumb-stopping content and cohesive brand visuals that drive engagement, awareness, and conversion.
Responsibilities:
● Own end-to-end visual development for U.S. promotions and campaigns, including brand partnership, app content, ad creative, social media content, and in-store marketing materials
● Design digital assets (social, paid ads, email, app banners)， both graphic design and video production, with a deep understanding of U.S. design trends and cultural relevance
● Create in-store visuals including menus, cups, sleeves, window signage, flyers, and packaging adaptations
● Maintain and adapt brand guidelines to fit the U.S. audience while keeping consistency with HQ direction
● Collaborate with growth, product, and other teams to translate briefs into compelling creative
● Manage and mentor junior designers or external freelancers as needed
● Present design ideas clearly to cross-functional stakeholders, and iterate quickly based on feedback
Requirements:
● 5+ years of graphic design experience in consumer brands, food & beverage, or lifestyle industries
● Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video production capabilities
● Strong copywriting skills, typography, layout, and color theory knowledge with a bold, modern aesthetic
● Experience designing for both print, digital, and video production
● Understanding of NYC Gen Z and millennial consumer culture
● Fast-paced and collaborative, with a strong attention to detail
● Mandarin fluency is a plus, but not required
Bonus if you have:
● Experience working with cross-border brands
● Motion design or short-form video editing skills (After Effects, Premiere)
● Photography or art direction background
