About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to help us build and scale a world-class engineering organization. This person will play a critical role in attracting top technical talent to our team, partnering closely with leadership and hiring managers to fill complex, deeply technical  roles.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with engineering and product leadership to understand hiring needs, define ideal candidate profiles, and build targeted recruiting strategies.
  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle for deeply technical and R&D-focused roles from sourcing and scheduling to offer negotiation and close.

  • Strong understanding of technical domains such as firmware, electrical engineering, embedded systems, or applied research.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills; able to influence and partner with executives and technical leaders.
Bonus Skills
  • Experience building recruiting operations, analytics, or employer branding programs from scratch.
  • Familiarity with Lever.

This describes the ideal candidate; many of us have picked up this expertise along the way. Even if you meet only part of this list, we encourage you to apply!
