Salary: $116,419 - 197,912 per year Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree and 7 years of relevant experience or 10 years of experience in lieu of a degree.
- Must possess a SECRET clearance with the capability to obtain a Top Secret Clearance and Special Access Programs.
- Demonstrated proficiency with 32 CFR Part 117, DoD SAP Manuals, and pertinent Intelligence Community Directives.
- Strong understanding and practical application of ICD-705, including intrusion detection systems and access control devices.
- Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to make independent decisions.
- Extensive knowledge of U.S. Government security standards and practices.
- Ability to communicate effectively and interface with program managers and US Government Program Security Officers.
- Experience developing and revising enterprise-level construction security plans and procedures.
- Support proficiency in various security disciplines within the SAP program.
- Display exceptional leadership and communication skills.
Responsibilities: - Develop, implement, and ensure adherence to Construction Security Plans (CSP).
- Collaborate with Facilities, IT, and Networking teams to establish common requirements and standards.
- Review, validate, and coordinate changes to design documents following best practices and applicable regulations.
- Advocate for external customer requirements, promoting secure facility best practices and contemporary designs.
- Work closely with program managers and security teams to clarify roles and requirements for facilities.
- Serve as a liaison within the IT & Security function to ensure all project aspects are incorporated in designs and execution.
- Create, manage, and ensure the closure of secure facilities Plan of Actions & Milestones (POA&M).
- Partner with Project Managers, Site Contractors, and Local Security Officers to secure the construction site.
- Represent the IT & Security Function, contributing to the success of active and upcoming secure facility projects.
