Our tenured client, a thriving legal practice in Essex County, NJ is seeking an experienced Senior Manager of Marketing & BD - must have previous experience in marketing and business development specifically for a law firm.
In this pivotal role YOU will:
- Plan, execute, and measure integrated marketing campaigns to support goals.
- Oversee content for alerts, newsletters, press releases, website, and socials.
- Manage digital presence (website updates, SEO, and email marketing).
- Collaborate with individual attorneys to develop marketing plans, create bios, and prepare proposals, and presentations.
- Work with external designers, PR firms, and vendors as needed.
YOU might be the RIGHT person if YOU have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of legal marketing experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and marketing tools including WordPress, Canva/Adobe Creative Suite, and LinkedIn.
- Knowledge of CRM systems
