Job Title: Terminal Operator

Job Description

We are seeking a dependable and safety-driven Terminal Operator to join our Williamsport facility. As a key member of the operations team, you will manage the safe handling, storage, and movement of petroleum/sand products for the oil and gas industry. This role involves hands-on technical work and supports vital energy infrastructure in Pennsylvania. Individuals with a construction laborer or production-based background are well-suited for this position, which involves fieldwork at the job site yard. This is not a warehouse or manufacturing floor role, and candidates must be aware of the scope of work.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor equipment for receiving, transferring, and storing fuel.

• Perform basic math operations such as adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing.

• Manage product flow using pumps, valves, gauges, and control systems.

• Conduct inventory tracking and quality assurance checks.

• Perform basic maintenance and safety inspections.

• Communicate effectively with team members across dispatch and terminal operations.

• Adhere to DOT, HAZMAT, OSHA, and company-specific safety protocols.

Essential Skills

• General labor skills.

• Mechanical aptitude and ability to work with hand and power tools.

• Safety awareness and adherence to protocols.

• Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs.

• Reliable transportation to and from the job site and a valid driver's license.

• Basic math skills.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Williamsport, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00/hr.
