Pay and Shifts

Hourly Pay: $18.00 (overtime after 40 hours)

First Shift: Monday to Friday, 5:00 AM 3:30 PM (Saturdays as needed)

Second Shift: Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM 1:30 AM (Saturdays as needed)

Work Environment

• Refrigerated facility (approx. 30F)
• Fast-paced production line
• Standing, bending, and lifting throughout the shift
• Exposure to noise and airborne particles
• All required PPE provided by the company

Job Description

Production Associates support daily operations on the refrigerated food line. Duties include packing products, maintaining clean areas, and collaborating to meet production goals. No prior experience required; full training provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Pack products following safety and quality standards
• Maintain clean and organized workstations
• Sort and dispose of waste and recycling
• Support daily production team goals
• Follow supervisor instructions and safety protocols

Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for more than 10 hours
• Comfort working in a cold environment (30F)
• Mandatory use of provided PPE
• Reliable transportation
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
• Reasonable accommodations available under the ADA
