- Certs: BLS, ACLS. CCRN preferred. ICU exp. only, CVICU preferred.
- Ratios: 1:1-2. High number of 1:1.
- EMR: Cerner
- Charge Nurse: Yes, no patient assignment.
- Nurse Aides: 2 PCTs days & nights with high census.
- Weekend Req: 3 wkend shifts in 4 wk schedule.
