Position: Truck Team Member: General Labor, Driver & Customer Service

Schedule: Full-Time. Operations run Monday through Sunday

Pay: $20-$28/hr ($16.50 base + profit share and tips)

Responsibilities:

• WOW customers with exceptional service and a positive attitude.
• Drive to local residences and businesses to remove unwanted items.
• Follow safety protocols and wear necessary gear.
• Remove, load, and sort items for responsible disposal, recycling, or donation.
• Ensure job orders are completed as required and offer additional disposal services.
• Work efficiently with the team to stay on schedule.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Positive attitude, reliability, and hardworking nature.
• At least 23+ years old (for insurance purposes).
• Valid driver's license of 3 years with a clean driving record.
• Commercial driving experience preferred; CDL not required.
• Drug-free workplace.
• Able to work full days and handle hard physical work.
• Lift at least 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Previous experience in driving, labor, customer service, or related fields preferred.
