We strive to do much of the work from the ground; however, we do use ladders, so being comfortable with heights is a must. This job is a great transition for candidates who have experience in landscaping, construction, roofing, and any other outdoor work and are looking for something new. If you consider yourself a hard worker, a team player, and like to work outside, then this is the job for you! Responsibilities Perform residential window cleaning services. Perform other home services as necessary. Secondary services may include screen cleaning, tracks, skylights, high ledges. Keep company vehicle and equipment properly serviced, clean, and in good working order and condition Safely and efficiently operate our fleet of tartan trucks and maintain our equipment. Assist with processing payments and paperwork. Engage in business development activities such as distributing marketing materials and occasional community events. Represent our company with integrity and passion.. Follow all safety regulations at all times, including inspecting equipment and using the proper equipment for each particular job. In addition, follow all safety Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) standards. Report any safety concerns or injuries to your direct supervisor/leader. Provide exceptional customer service to our residential and commercial customers. Requirements Ability to work outdoors (rain or shine, cold or hot temperatures). Ability to lift and climb ladders. Able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds for short periods of time. Able to stand for extended periods of time. Have a valid driver’s license. Are motivated by being part of an exceptional team with shared goals. Are ready and willing to wear a kilt every day and enjoy the resulting attention! Reliable and punctual.
