Location MA311: Woburn MA 225 Presidential 225 Presidential Way Goddard Building 27, Woburn, MA, 01801 USA Position Type Position Role Type: Onsite What You Will Do Facilitating Scrum events (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives) and ensuring effective team collaboration and progress toward sprint goals. Removing impediments, protecting the team from distractions, and escalating issues as needed. Supporting the Product Owner by helping define and manage the product backlog and ensuring clear communication between the team and the Product Owner. Working with the Release Train Engineer (RTE) to drive continuous improvement, metric roll-up, and JIRA validation. Qualifications You Must Have Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM preferred) with a minimum of 2 years of engineering experience or equivalent. Experience with software development, test, and/or integration using C, C++ or Ada. Understanding of agile methodologies and the SAFe and/or Scrum at Scale framework. Active and transferable Secret U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for the required security clearance. Qualifications We Prefer Experience with AN/TPY-2 System and/or current Missile Defense programs, especially large, complex systems. Experience with Agile Management and Engineering Tools (Jira, PDM, etc.). Experience contributing in a team environment to develop creative solutions to technical problems. Interactions with the Missile Defense Agency. SAFe Scrum Master certification. Interpersonal skills to interact positively with coworkers, suppliers, stakeholders, and customers in a team environment.
