Executive Chef – Senior Living Community

Grand Villa is seeking a dedicated and experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team and deliver exceptional dining experiences for our residents. Join our vibrant community where your culinary expertise and leadership will make a meaningful difference in the lives of our seniors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the food service department, ensuring efficient operations and high-quality service delivery

- Prepare and cook nutritious, appealing meals tailored to the dietary needs of residents

- Manage all kitchen functions, including inventory control, ordering supplies, and budgeting

- Train, supervise, and motivate kitchen staff to uphold high standards of food preparation, safety, and service

- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations in the kitchen environment

- Collaborate with management and dietary staff to develop menus that accommodate residents’ dietary restrictions and preferences

- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen workspace

- Demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to foster a positive team environment

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar leadership role in a senior living or healthcare setting preferred

- Culinary degree or equivalent certification

- Extensive knowledge of nutrition, food safety, and sanitation standards

- Excellent leadership and team management abilities

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Ability to create innovative menus that meet diverse dietary needs

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

- Flexibility to adapt to changing resident needs and operational demands
