Security officer positions may require you to perform the following regularly during a shift:

• Lift and/or carry up to 50 lbs
• Reach over your head with 10-25 lb loads
• Climb stairs with loads up to 50 lbs
• Walk and stand for long periods of time, climb stairs & ladders
• Type or work at a keyboard or desk

Job Description

Position: Field Supervisor Metro Atlanta

Position Type: Full-time and Part-time Concierge Level Service Officers

Location: Atlanta

Shift Type: Must be available for 2nd and 3rd

Pay rate: $45,000 - $50,000 a year

Job Description

The ideal candidate for this position must be available to work evenings, overnight shifts, and weekends. The role covers open schedules and monitors various site locations to ensure continuous and effective operation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Shift Coverage: Ensure all open schedules are covered, particularly during evenings, overnight hours, and weekends.
• Site Monitoring: Regularly monitor and oversee site locations to maintain security standards and address any issues that may arise.

Candidates who can demonstrate flexibility in their schedule and a commitment to maintaining site security are encouraged to apply.

Job Requirements

• Must complete the State of Georgia 24-hour basic security officer course within six months of hire
• Must complete applicable Safety & Environmental Rules training
• Conduct routine patrols in and around the building using Lighthouse
• Interact with residents, visitors, staff, and the public in a professional, but friendly manner
• Investigate and handle disturbances and, as needed, obtain police and law enforcement assistance.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 18 years of age or older.
• High school education or equivalent (GED)
• Pass an extensive screening process

PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Attention to detail is a plus.
• 1-year Supervisor experience preferred.
