LanceSoft is seeking a per diem / prn nurse RN Clinic Home Health for a per diem / prn nursing job in Los Angeles, Orange County, Newport Beach, California.

Service Area / Travel Radius – Our Behavioural Health RNs cover Orange County and parts of Los Angeles County (including the Newport Beach area). Travel is generally within a 20–30-mile radius depending on where the patients live .

 

Sign-On Bonus / Relocation / Fuel – 

• We do not offer a sign-on bonus unless a candidate is hired full time and remains full time and fully productive for six months; in that case the bonus is spread out over the following year.
• We do not offer relocation assistance at this time
• Standard mileage reimbursement is provided for patient visits.

Compensation – 

• This is a per-visit role, not salaried.
• Start-of-Care visits: $150–$200 per visit (range depends on experience and complexity).
• Follow-up visits and discharges are slightly less since they require less time than a start-of-care. 

Schedule & Shifts – 

• Monday through Friday.
• Clinicians schedule their own patients within reasonable daytime hours that work for both patient and nurse.
• No routine weekend or on-call requirement. 

Daily Patient Volume –

• Because it is per-visit reimbursement, Behavioral Health RNs typically see 5–7 patients per day. 

Relocation Candidates –

• We will consider relocation only for the right candidate who commits to a full-time, fully-productive schedule and who already has home health experience . 

Hiring Process & Timeline – 

• Qualified candidates generally receive feedback within several days, and can usually expect to start within about two weeks.

Openings & Patient Population – 

• We currently have 4–5 openings. 

• Our patient population is primarily geriatric, as is typical in home health.

   

Please apply only if you have recent experience in both Home Health Nursing and Behavioral Health (Psych) Nursing. This position requires providing home health care to psychiatric patients. If you do not have experience in both areas, kindly refrain from applying.
