Our client is seeking a dedicated Project Manager to join their dynamic team. As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the creative and marketing departments, ensuring seamless execution of campaigns and product launches. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, aligning well with the company's innovative and inclusive culture.

Pay Rate: $34.00

Shift: 08:00:AM - 05:00:PM

What's the Job?

• Manage multiple creative productions from inception to delivery, ensuring timely and high-quality outputs
• Facilitate clear communication and alignment across global stakeholders and internal teams
• Track creative briefs, Statements of Work (SOWs), timelines, milestones, and scope to maintain project clarity
• Build and manage realistic project schedules to meet campaign deadlines
• Troubleshoot production issues and negotiate effective solutions to keep projects on track

What's Needed?

• Experience leading creative production for campaigns or product launches
• Strong communication skills managing multiple concurrent projects
• Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Communications, Media Production, or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of photo, video, and content production workflows
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Workfront, MS Project, Frame.io, or similar
