Job Details

• BLS and CPI blue card from Crisis Prevention Institute required for submission.
• Only accepting 7 days max of RTO; candidates with more than 7 days will be rejected.
• No block schedule requests accepted.
• Epic experience within 1 year required; must list on resume where last used.
• Float required.
• 2+ years of experience required.
• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing or a school accepted for candidacy status from an accrediting body.

Job Requirements

• BLS certification (AHA only, AHA RQI acceptable).
• CPI certification from Crisis Prevention Institute required for Behavioral Health RNs.
• 2+ years nursing experience.
• Graduate of accredited nursing school or equivalent.
• Epic experience within 1 year.
• Valid nursing license (Nursys verification within 30 days of start).
• Driver's License/State ID required for submission.
• Summa EKG Exam and Telemetry Exam with passing score of 80% or higher within one year of start.
• Fit Test (N95 mask) within one year, updated annually.
• Health Statement including pre-employment physical within one year of start.
• Summa Competency Exam and Skills Checklist, unit specific, within one year of start, updated annually.
• Summa Core Competencies including HIPAA, Joint Commission NPSG, OSHA topics within 90 days of start, updated annually.
• COVID-19 vaccine required prior to start (medical or religious exemptions case by case).
• MMR titer or 2 adult MMR vaccines; no declinations accepted.
• Hepatitis B titer or proof of complete vaccines; signed declinations accepted.
• Influenza vaccine required October-April; medical or religious exemptions only with agency approval.
• 2 Step PPD or IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot) negative results required; no declinations accepted.
• Varicella titer or 2 adult vaccines; no declinations accepted.
• Annual TB Questionnaire completed and signed.
• Negative 10 panel drug screen within 30 days of start, updated annually.
• Criminal background check results including FCRA compliant 7 years search, SSN trace, counties, statewide, nationwide criminal, OFAC, FACIS Level 3; must be run within 90 days prior to start.
• OIG search within 90 days of start.
• EPLS search within 90 days of start.
• Education verification required.
• Social Security Card or SSN required.

Additional Details

• Must provide and carry a valid government issued photo ID.
• Summa Work Order Confirmation form required once offer accepted.
