Job Description

Job Summary You will be an integral member of the team that creates distinctively different and authentic experiences for our guests. The Food and Beverage Cashier is responsible for completing sales transactions within the establishment as well as performing other support functions which may include cleaning, setting displays and stocking. Responsibilities

• Operate a cash register and receive payment from customers in cash or credit card. Accurately count and provide changes to customers as required while following cash handling policies and procedures.
• Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of products and services available within unit.
• Clean and stock work area.
• Elicit feedback from departing customers on products and services in order to improve the operation.
• Verify accuracy of all items on guest checks by confirming correct pricing, discounts, and method of payment.
• Responsible for accuracy of bank and cash deposits.

Qualifications

• Flexibility. This is a demanding business and we look for flexibility with work days and hours, but it’s also a lot of fun!
• Experience. Previous experience passionately providing service to others preferred.
• Knowledge. Familiarity of restaurant terminology and food service techniques preferred.
• People Person. The best part of serving others is creating experiences for them that go beyond the expected.
• Great communicator. Providing amazing experiences requires the ability to communicate fluently in English both verbally and through legible writing.
