Job Description

About the Role As a Travel Healthcare Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, qualifying, and placing rehab therapy professionals in travel assignments nationwide. You’ll collaborate closely with marketing and account managers to ensure successful placements and build lasting candidate relationships. Candidates must have a strong track record recruiting and retaining travel rehab therapists, as well as a solid understanding of assignment profitability. Experience with ATS systems—particularly LaborEdge is a plus. Key Responsibilities Source, screen, and place qualified therapy professionals into 13-week travel assignments across the U.S. Build and manage a strong book of business and pipeline of “ready-to-go” clinicians. Negotiate pay packages, extend offers, and close deals efficiently. Consistently meet and exceed weekly and monthly recruitment goals. Utilize ATS (preferably LaborEdge), job boards, social media, and referrals to source candidates. Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through timely communication and support.
