The Lincoln Heritage Council of Scouting America is seeking a seasoned development professional to lead high-performing campaigns and grants across a 64-county region. This role is not an entry point into fundraising it is for someone with a strong track record of raising six-figure revenue and managing donor and volunteer relationships at scale. This is a senior-level fundraising position responsible for leading major development campaigns, building strategic donor relationships, and managing corporate sponsorships and grants for Scouting in Kentucky, Southern Indiana, and Southeastern Illinois. You will report directly to the Director of Development and be part of a team raising more than $2 million annually. You will be expected to increase the councils donor base by building new relationships and deepening support from current donors, sponsors, and funders.
Only candidates with professional nonprofit fundraising experience will be considered.
This role requires at least 3 years of full-time nonprofit development experience with a proven record of securing major gifts, leading high dollar fundraising events, and managing donor pipelines.
